Hi when i am logged in the form appears normal

but when anyone else checks it appears like this

How can i fix this?

It generally happens due to cache issues, I noticed that you are using the cache plugin called *SiteGround Optimizer. I would suggest you please purge all the cache and temporarily deactivate the cache plugin and then check it again. I would also recommend you please clear your browser cache and then check it or check it in the private mode of the browser.

If it doesn’t work for you I would suggest you troubleshoot a few of the common issues before we investigate your settings.

1. Testing for Plugin Conflict
2. CSS/JS Customization
3. Version Compatibility
4. Disabling Cache

If it doesn’t work for you, please share your details in a secure note. Please provide the following details

• WordPress Login URL
• Admin level username and password

Purging cache did not help

Hey @vividground,

My colleague mentioned other troubleshooting steps aside from clearing the cache. What were the result of the other troubleshooting steps? Please show us your site with the cache cleared (again) and the SG Optimizer and the rest of the 3rd party plugins disabled.
