Hello there,

could you please take a look at my modal in topbar and footer. I have inserted raw content with script content, but it does show twice in topbar and in footer grid it doesn’t show at all…

Screens and login info in secret note.

Thanks for reaching out.
I have checked and found that the content is coming twice in the Modal. It seems that the form is coming through any 3rd Party script. If that is the case, I would suggest you contact where you got this code. Please remember that we don’t provide any support or investigation on 3rd party code or related issues.

Thank you for checking. I was wondering if you knew why is that because if I put this script anywhere in just raw content, not modal, it shows correctly once and workin properly. But when put in modal it fails.

That is really weird that it behaves like that only in the Modal. But, unfortunately, investigating 3rd party code and issues is beyond the scope of Theme Support. I would suggest you hire a developer who can assist you to do the customization or you can avail of our newly launched service called One, where we answer the questions beyond normal theme support.
