Whenever I try to submit my information in my own modal popup (Lead Magnate), it displays the message below. How do I troubleshoot this?

I have checked the Form and found it has been submitted successfully and shown the below message. And also received the email into the given Email ID.

Det kan godt tage et par minutter, og det kan være, at at den lander i spam.
I would suggest you check once by clearing all types of cache and in the incognito/private mode of the browser.

Hi Oscar,
It seems that you have added a large image as the closing image of the Popup. I would suggest you check and replace the image with any smaller one.

The attribute of the image in popup can be controlled from the Convert Plus itself. Please find the screenshot describing the options available.

The Popup has changed because of a bug I think. Is there a way to restore how it looked earlier today? I didn’t change it, it changed by itself.

Hi Oscar,
There is no option to restore the older version of popup, you can ask your Hosting Service provider if they have any backup to restore.
Regarding the image, there is no other option except uploading an image with better quality.
