Modal Popup not working correctly

Hi there,

i have a weired problem with my popup modal.

I have a modal popup and to activate I use cookies, the scroll option and a timer. Now the modal used to work fine and i dont know what happend but:

  • the modal doesnt show on all pages even thought it is set in the settings
  • the modal always shows on the 404 page
  • the modal shows when loggend in
  • i cross check different browsers. The problem is exactly the same

I already disabled the cookie option; Problem remains. I played with all of the launch options; Problem remains. I dont know what to do.
I recently started to use cloudflare and got some JS errors pointing to Rocket Loader™, so i deactivated it. Still the same problem…

Please help.

Hey Atahualpa,

Are you referring to ConvertPlus Modal? Would you mind completely disconnecting your site from Cloudflare and clear all caches including W3 Total Cache while we investigate?

Also deactivate all third party plugins in your site so we could isolate what’s causing the issue.
