Modal Popup not working correctly at all

Hello,
My modal Popup is bugging. I cannot see the picture or the “Download now” button. The picture is also in the right side of the modal popup, which is not where I put it in the settings.

Whenever in the backend of the modal popup, all the settings are setup perfectly, however the popup itself does not display correctly. Any way to troubleshoot this? (I have already checked for plugin conflict, however that is not the problem)

Thanks for reaching out.
I have checked your website and found that the placing of image is correct, but the assigned image was not added so it shows a broken image. I went ahead and temporarily added an image from your media library and found it showing properly.

NOTE: I would suggest you check once by clearing all types of cache and in the incognito/private mode of the browser.

First of all, the image does not show on the left side for me in incognito mode. The popup looks like this for me:

Secondly: Where is the button? There is no reason behind having a lead magnate without having a button to enter the email and a button for a name. You can see, that the settings are setup correctly, however there is no button on the lead magnate still,

It seems that there’s a custom code or plugin conflict with your ConvertPlus layout. Since it is a live website, I recommend the following troubleshooting procedures.

  4. CHILD THEME
  5. CSS/JS CUSTOMIZATION

Hello Oscar,

You are having some caching issues. After doing the updates and site changes, always remember to clear all caches since you have installed Autoptimize and WP Rocket plugins so that the code from the latest release is always in use. This will help you to avoid any potential errors. Caching plugins are best to turn ON when you are done building and ready to go live.

And please clear your browser cache too. You may use private browsing mode in testing your site to make sure that you are viewing the latest codes from the updates and not the cached version in your browser.

And another thing, the reason why the form is not showing is that you are using a custom form. Please use the Mailchimp form.

Thanks for your reply. I have now deactivated Autoptimize and WP Rocket and then proceeded to change the form from Custom Form to Mailchimp Lead Magnate. I’ve flushed the cache and changed the image. Even though I change the image back to the default image, whenever I reload the Popup, it shows the same blue circle which I do not want there.

This means, that there are still problems with my Lead Magnate. I’d like to change the photo, however I cannot change it since it just goes back to the photo displayed at the moment. The text of the lead Magnate is also oddly placed in the top which means you cannot read all the text.

I don’t know why the lead magnate is such a problem. How do I troubleshoot the photo and the text alignment?

Can you run a WP-Optimize – Cache, Clean, Compress. to make sure there are no cached files lurking around.

If that does not work, please clone your site to a staging server so we can do a test on it.

I ran the WP Optimize, however the modal popup is still not working as it should (with the proper picture and picture alignment and the size of the popup itself). I have now created a staging server, so you can test it.

I have checked your staging site in the Incognito without Logged In and found the issue you are pointing out. It might be the issue with the server cache which loads while you are not logged in. I would suggest you contact your Hosting Service provider on this.
