Modal Popup Form no longer displays

Hi there! I have a Gravity Form embedded in a pop up on the modal element for my site but it no longer displays for some reason, even though I see the form displayed in Header Builder.

The strange thing is that sometimes the form displays on other pages but not others on the exact same modal element and raw code. Please can anyone help me with this issue?

Thanks for reaching out.
I have thoroughly checked your website and found that the multiple gravity form is the reason behind your issue. I have added a test page and checked the same scenario by adding another Modal with Gravity form.

Hi thanks for the assistance, but I’m not quite sure what you mean. Do you mean it’s because I’m using two modal elements within the same page? Or two embedded content of the same form? Because it’s the same form, not multiple forms on the same page. The test page shows the same issue, the popup form on the header isn’t displaying, but the pop up form on the modal element on the page builder displays just fine.

It is due to the same Gravity Form has been used, while I changed the Gravity Form in the test page it worked.
