Modal pop-up not centered for smaller viewports

I’m running into an issue where the content area modal popup isn’t centered for smaller viewports. Can you please point me to where I’ve gone wrong?

Thanks for writing to us.

It might be the issue of cache or any plugin conflict just because the default styles are overriding by any plugin styles or maybe custom CSS/JS. I would suggest you troubleshoot with a few of the common issues before we investigate your settings.

1. Testing for Plugin Conflict
2. CSS/JS Customization
3. Version Compatibility
4. Disabling Cache

Hey @KEXINO,

The Modal’s Backdrop & Close > Dimensions should only be x1 because your Close Size is 2 REM. If you could reduce the Close Size, you can increase the Dimensions. They must be balanced.
