Could you test deactivating your child theme temporarily? Have you perhaps customized the footer template of the child theme? I’m wondering if this could be part of the issue. Let us know if that makes a difference, and if it does could you share the code of your child theme? That may help us spot why the modal isn’t working. What I can tell at the moment is the button interaction is working, but the modal HTML doesn’t exist on the page to be revealed.
No difference when child is deactivated. Also no custom css in footer. I also pulled all custom css out and no difference.

We have just released another update. Please update your Pro theme to version 5.0.4.
After the updates, always make sure to clear all your plugin caches and browser cache before testing your site again.

I have taken a closer look and I suspect that this is a bug in the latest release. The only modal that is working is from the header. The modal that was added in the footer did not get rendered on the page which is why it is not displaying. This has already been added to our issue tracker and will be looked into by our development team. I cannot make any promises relating to a fix at this stage. Rest assured that @alexander, our lead developer will take a look at this on Monday.

After the update, If a create a new modal inside Footer Builder/Page Builder, it doesn’t save the new changes.

There is a known issue that the modal element is not being rendered when added in the footer. Our developers are working on a fix at the moment. A patch release update will be rolling out anytime soon.
