Hi Team, when clicking on the Menu item “Rob” (see attached) it takes a “long” while to open the side nav panel. The users are clicking and clicking and nothing happens and they leave the page. https://capetownmarathon.com/

I checked the given site it seems that the menu item is not available at the moment in the navigation area as you have mentioned. I would suggest please set the menu so that we can check it on our end. Please note modal issue generally happens due to a plugin conflict or cache or custom JS/CSS code issue. I would suggest you troubleshoot a few of the common issues before we investigate your settings.
