Modal Images Not Displaying on ConvertPlus

I have installed a modal that when displayed on website is missing the image:

Here is what it looks like in the design screen

Not sure why the image is not showing up on the live website. www.mtsinspections.com

Any ideas?

I am seeing the image on my end and the popup too. Is this the one you’re referring too? May be you can try to clear the cache and see how it goes.

This one is actually the “slide-in” and not the modal. I turned the model off until I could figure out how to get the images to show.

I checked the website and modal popup is not getting displayed. Can you please reactivate the modal popup again so we can take a look?

Hello Brian,

There are JS errors on the page. Because of these JS errors, the slide in events were not triggered some other times.

Please disable the slide in effect in the modal and you’ll see the image immediately.
