Modal closing on click of submit button of form

Hey, I’m using modal element for form pop up. I’m using ninja forms;
My issue is when I click on the submit button it’ll close the pop up and user is not able to see the success message of the form.
Please help me to keep it open till user will not close it.

Steps to reproduce the issue

1. Visit this page- https://ffstaging.ehob.com/clinical-resources/
2. click on the share node which is in the product loop
3. pop up appears add your email and message and click on submit. It will close the pop up.
   Please help me with this as soon as possible

I’ve check the page and test the form with modal but upon submitting the form, the modal doesn’t close on my end. That being said, it could just a browser cache issue on your end. I highly suggest to clear your browser cache or use incognito mode.
