Modal close-button not shown on mobile

Hi There,
i have a global block containing a mobile. I styled the close button (a simple “X”) to make it bigger. On the desktop, everything’s fine. At the mobile, no close button is shown. Any idea what to do to have a close-button also in the mobile view?

Hi Prasant,

please don’t publish our customers URL in the public forum. That’s why I post these things always in a secure (!!!) note.

You find the element, if you go to the E&P Form, click on “Weiter”, select “Ja” and again “Weiter” and then click on the button “Mustergutachten”.

unfortunately I only see a white page opening your google-drive link …

I’m using an android-phone (Xiaomi Redmi Note 6, Android 8.1.0), chrome brwoser. My customer uses an older samsung-android phone (no info about type or android version), same problem.

It seems to be okay on my end, and in your screenshot, it looks different to my view. Though, I’m testing a different page than your screenshot. Would you mind providing the exact URL that has this issue? And the section where the lightbox is.

That screenshot was from Thai, but I couldn’t reproduce it on my end. I’m probably testing a different page from you and from Thai. And it seems to be a different lightbox too, what I’m getting on my test is X’s lightbox. I just like to clarify the exact page that I should check and test.

I found that it displays differently on my end since I’m testing it on a bigger phone. The display on my view was a grid-like lightbox.

So I checked on the smaller phone and able to see what you’re seeing but much smaller. But, the close icon is present, perhaps its just your mobile browser’s cache?

Indeed - the “x” is there now. Probably I changed something by accident while looking for a fix and due to a cache-thing it’s effect was not shown.

Right now, it seems OK.
