Mobile version viewport larger than screen

Hello,

On mobile version of http://educational.nogravity.ro (mobile phones only) we can scroll sideways left - right. Looks like the viewport is larger than the device size with a few pixels.

Can you have a look please? My login details are în the secure note.

We narrowed the problem: The script from Yoast Premium plugin is affecting the CSS. Any suggestion how to fix this will be much appreciated.
Alex

Glad to hear you got it sorted, Alex.

Cheers!

I did not sorted; I just narrowed the problem. Can you please help here?

Hi there,

I checked your site on mobile and it seems to be displaying fine as I am not able to scroll left and right:

Would you mind trying to mention what devices you are checking this on?

Thank you.

Hi, I am using a Huawei Mate 10 Lite.

I mention I still have the same problem. I attach a screen shot from my mobile.

Please check the right egde under la last picture with childen. You will see that the problem will disappear if you disable the Yoast Premium plugin.

Thank you,
Alex

Hi There,

I checked in mobile and the layout working fine.

In buttom section there is a width issue, Please make it 100%, it will fix your issue.

Hope it helps!

Hi basanta and thank for checking. I updated the CSS and indeed, the extra edge disappeared (see picture attached).

Unfortunately, I still can scroll sideways (left - right). You should see this from the same picture. When you have the chance, please check if Yoast plugin is targeting something that it shoud not. As I said before, everything looks OK when this plugin is disabled.

Kind regards,
Alex

Hey Alex,

This could be caused by a 3rd party plugin. You could try testing for a plugin conflict. You can do this by deactivating all third party plugins, and seeing if the problem remains. If it’s fixed, you’ll know a plugin caused the problem, and you can narrow down which one by reactivating them one at a time.

If the issue still exist, please re install X theme and Cornerstone. There might be some files that were corrupted. You can review our update guide and see the Manual Update section to re install X.

By the way, please clear your mobile browser cache first or use private browsing mode or Incognito mode and test your site again.

Please let us know how it goes.

Thank you RueNel. Clearing the cache seems to solve my problem. Everything looks OK now.
