On the home page of the site, half of the content is missing on the small and mobile versions of the site. All content is there for all other versions but I cannot find a reason why the mobile version is not displaying most of the content only on the home page.

Thanks for the reply. The visibility of those sections in small and extra small are fine. However when I change to the view of small and extra small, the content no longer appears and the template is just there. It does not appear that the content is actually transferring to the smaller views.

Are you referring to this sections?
Those sections has actually 2 ROWs, one row for desktop view and one row specifically for mobile view. This is possible using the Hide Base on Screen Width feature.
