Hi, Since installing X Theme (Ethos) Google Search Console has started reporting some mobile usability issues. “Text too small to read” and “Clickable elements too close together” specifically on the following posts / pages.





Any idea why this should do this after installing this theme?

Thanks for reaching out.

I just checked them and they are mobile friendly without those issue. Those issue are usually present if the texts and links are small or if there is no styling to make them readable with proper spacing, but it’s readable and clear. Except this one https://www.starlink-dss.com/driveway-alarm/ which doesn’t exist anymore.

I have the same issue but I also have content is wider than screen on Pages below. The clickable element how do I fix and the wider than screen.

Hi Derek,

It’s a different issue, your site is loaded and not blocking the google bot crawler. And it could be just due to cache as it works after few trials

The wider than the screen are elements which width surpasses the device width and I don’t see any, the other message is about links closer together, but I checked and they have enough spacing. There should be no issues unless google bot seeing the cache copy of your site.
