Mobile Toggle & Mobile Menu Background Colors Not Changing

My Mobile Toggle Button will not change to Gold rgb(189, 170, 0) on the Homepage for Mobile.

My Mobile Menu Background will not change to Black on the Homepage for Mobile.

Please Help!

Never mind, it just updated. How long do the mobile updates usually take to show up?
