Hello. I am trying to sort out how to get the X theme mobile version to work properly. We use X theme for our site at www.agroecologynow.com but when you go to the site on a mobile, it defaults to the generic/plain wordpress mobile theme which we don’t want. I can’t seem to figure out how to address this. Any ideas?

It seems that it is the Jetpack mobile theme that is shown on mobile.
Kindly disable that options in the Jetpack settings:
