Mobile tel: Missing : Click to Call Not Working on Mobile

So what is happening is on mobile the : is being removed from tel:7722225215 which is making it tel7722225215 and the tel is being converted to numbers.

It is triggering the phone call which means the link is interpreted properly but then changes weirdly.

It works on desktop but not mobile which is odd. If I try to edit in admin I can see tel:tel if I remove one of the tel from regular link it switches to mobile tel link but doesn’t work either way.

If it is the two buttons that is the header, you do not have to add the word tel: to the Phone field. Just put the number.
