My mobile about page layout is not laid out properly, see attached screenshot and compare to web based site: How can I fix this?

Thanks for writing in!

You have the issue because you only set 50% + 50% column layout for all screen sizes in your Row > Layout > Template element settings.

If you want the columns to collapse into 1 column on smaller screens size, you Row element settings would be like this:
