Mobile Scrolling Issue

Hi -

Having an issue with the site not scrolling on mobiles:

I have:

• Changed the bars heights on Headers and footers to ‘Auto’
• Made sure Overflow is set to ‘Hidden’.

I even switched from my Custom built Pro Header to a template to see if that was the issue - same problem. Can you please advise?

Thanks for writing in! I have checked your site and it seems that you have still a Bar height of 150 pixels. Please provide us access so we can check your Bar element settings in your custom header. You can create a secure note in your next reply with the following info:
– Link to your site
– WP login URL
– WP username
– WP password
– WP Administrator Role
– Confirmation that we can access and make changes to your site
