On my mobile device - Samsung S9 - in all browsers - I am experiencing an issue with scrolling. When I swipe to scroll down the page, I am unable to, but will scroll on the 2nd swipe, then it’s smooth while scrolling down afterwards. When attempting to scroll back up the page, the same thing happens - I’m able to scroll a very small amount before it stops, then scrolls the 2nd time I try.

By setting the height of one of the bars in my footer to auto - scrolling on mobile is working again.
