The columns don’t display correctly and the top bar text shows up in white on white. please help.

You need to remove the negative margins in your row.
To get rid of the spacing, you need to check which elements are causing it.
The Heading have a default margin-top, so to remove the spacing above it you can add margin-top:0;
eg.

</span></h3>
You can do the same to your paragraphs

This didnt help. its the 2 columns that dont stack right on mobile, they are set up correctly in cornerstone but dont display right on mobile.
