Hi there. For our website, the mobile page speed score is in the low 30s compared to the desktop score in the low 90s. We currently use Autoptimize and other tools to get the Desktop score, but how can do the same for mobile?

The page speed issues are mostly related to the content,image, scripts used in your site and not related to the theme. Still, I will suggest you take any empty page to check the result and add the content to the same page 1 by 1 and check the result again to understand what exactly causes your issue.
Please remember that page speed is out of the scope of theme support.
