Mobile pages not loading and showing error message "A Problem repeatedly occurred on the site"

Our website https://www.tlc-ltd.co.uk/ is not showing certain page on mobiles but others work fine.
Particularly the image gallery:
https://www.tlc-ltd.co.uk/main-image-gallery/
and this other page
https://www.tlc-ltd.co.uk/private-parties-cheshire/

We have increased the php to 512M from 256M
We have tried swapping over the theme and then the page loads.
we have cleared the cache on the phone and ipad
we have deactivated the caching plugin

we have altered the trigger on the mobile navigation to anchor rather than indicator and added the page as a dropdown but still no luck. Any help welcome.

Hi @dmacoxford,

Thanks for reaching out!

I just check your website on my actual mobile device but the page is just showing fine on my end. If you are not seeing the page on your device, I suggest that you clear your browser cache or use incognito mode.

Hope that helps.

Done this and it is still not working on iPad air 2 or Iphone 12 Pro.

Hey @dmacoxford,

I checked the pages you posted on a friend’s iPhone 12 Pro and the pages load fine.

You said you switched the theme and the page loaded on your end though so we must answer that.

The theme switch is not an appropriate test for this case because your content was built using the Pro Page Builder. Switching themes will not load the content which might be the one causing the issue.

Please try removing sections in the page and see if the page will load on your iPhone 12 Pro.

Please also test deactivating ALL 3rd party plugins. Don’t be selective when doing a plugin conflict test unless you’re testing the actual plugins.

Thanks.

it’s the slider revolution above the mast head that is not loading on the two pages. If disable it the page loads. When reinstated the same error message shows. Could it just be that there are too many images for the iphone to load?

Hello @dmacoxford,

I have checked your page and I found out that there are 328 requests and 94% are coming from loading the images. You can check the data here:

It is best that your use the Essential Grid and load the images page by page to lighten the load of the server by making fewer requests.

Hope this makes sense.
