Mobile optimizing shows a section that should be hidden when half screen

When I half screen on testseidel.wpengine.com home page I can see my mobile optimized our services section and the computer version of it. I have checked to make sure I have the correct settings to make it hidden when the computer version is up but nothing seems to work. Here are some screen shots of what I see

I have checked your setup and it is working accordingly. It shows the right section on a different screen sizes. Or maybe I am looking at the different place. Would you mind sharing us more details of the problem so we full understand it.

Glad things sorted out, probable a caching related or the browser was zoomed.
