Mobile Navigation Disappearing on iPhone portrait view

Hi there,

Not sure why it’s happening but the mobile menu is disappearing on the portrait view of the iPhone 6s. There are two mobile menus set up for the site, one that is used on the homepage and the other is used on all other pages on the site. The one on the homepage works fine in portrait view on this model iPhone but the global menu does not.

Here are examples of both:

Homepage mobile menu ~ https://www.thomasparkinsonarts.com
Global mobile menu ~ https://www.thomasparkinsonarts.com/contact/

It’s probably a problem with a setting or something simple but can’t see what to adjust to fix it.

Any ideas?

Hi there,

I checked and mobile menu isn’t disappearing on portrait mode. Would you mind providing a screenshot? It’s perfectly working and fluid, have you tried clearing your browser cache?

Or maybe the menu should be different between those pages? Because it’s exactly the same menu in my view.

Hmm, yeah here are two screenshots from an iPhone 6s in portrait mode. The menu appears fine when I flip the phone into Landscape but in portrait the little burger icon to open the menu disappears as you can see in the screenshots.

To fix it, you can add this in Header > CSS

@media (max-width: 767px) {
.hm4.x-bar-container {    
    margin: 0;
}
}
