Mobile navigation bar doesn't open

Hi there,

I’ve tried opening the menu bar of my website (originally built with X in 2016) on multiple mobile browsers, but nothing happens when I click the button. After checking previous threads, I’ve done the following:

  1. Update all themes and plugins.
  2. Ensure that Cornerstone, the equivalent of X Shortcodes, is properly installed.
  3. Run the website with plugins disabled.
  4. Run the website with CSS customizations disabled.
  5. Clear my cookies, history, and cache on all browsers.

However, nothing works. How should I proceed with fixing this? Thanks!

You are using X theme 4.3.3. Please do update to the latest version instead. X Theme 6.3.8 is now available in automatic updates! This release contains fixes for several issues so be sure to check out the changelog (https://theme.co/changelog/). After doing the updates, always remember to clear all caches when updating so that the code from the latest release is always in use. This will help you to avoid any potential errors.
