You have an incompatible X and Cornerstone version which is causing this issue.
Currently, you are running X 4.6.4 which is not compatible to the latest version of Cornerstone 3.0.4.
Kindly update X to the latest version or downgrade cornerstone to the previous version using the backup you took before updating.
