Mobile nav showing correctly only when logged in

Hi there -
We are having some difficulties with the Mobile navigation displaying correctly when a user is not logged in. See first example, when logged in:

Then, if I try to view the page while logged out, here is what I see.

I am new to Cornerstone and have inherited the site from a previous employee. I know there are some conditions with other elements in the nav but I cannot figure out why this one would be displaying wrong unless logged in. Any help is much appreciated. Thank you!!

It generally happens due to cache I would suggest you please purge all the cache and temporarily deactivate the cache plugin and recheck it again. If it doesn’t work we will need to check your settings I would request please share the admin login details meanwhile I would suggest you troubleshoot a few of the common issues before we investigate your settings. Please share your details in a secure note. Please provide the following details

• WordPress Login URL
• Admin-level username and password
