Mobile nav and cart view not working correctly

Hi,

I have set up headers for both desktop and mobile for this website - https://www.thecommonthread.co.uk

Desktop is working correctly, but there are a few issues on mobile.

  1. Firstly, when trying to scroll on mobile, it seems to get ‘stuck’. I have set up a sticky bar so wondered if it was that but it gets stuck when this is disabled too. This happens on all pages.

  2. On the cart modal on mobile, I can view the basket without issue but you cannot see the products - just the totals.

Can you help?

Hi Loren,

Thank you for writing in, usually, that issue happens if your bar has no appropriate height, like the content’s height, exceed the bar’s height.

Please set your mobile’s bar height to auto. Use the top and bottom padding instead for giving your logo the top and bottom space.

So point 2 is now sorted. Thank you. But point 1 remains.

How can I sort out the ‘stuck’ mobile nav?

Hi Loren,

Sorry, I did not mention the height to auto solution is actually for both issue, I still see a double scrollbar on your site, that means there is still bar that has height issue. Please check your bars height not only Header Bars but also Footer Bars.
