Mobile menu unresponsive on devices

Recently, we noticed the mobile menu buttons on four of our websites, https://www.southwesternconsulting.com/, https://www.southwesterncoaching.com/, https://southwesternempowerment.com/, and https://www.southwesternspeakers.com/, are not functioning when pressed. They toggle correctly, however, on the back end. We also made sure XPro was up to date, and it is. Thanks!

Hi @SWCmarketing,

Thank you for writing in, I have check all those sites and the mobile menu are working

Please clear all your caching plugins/features, including your browser’s cache. Also, test it in Incognito or private mode of your browser where there is no caching and browser add-ons involve.

Cheers!

Thanks for replying Friech, but the problem is not in developer mode. The issue is on the live andriod and ios devices that the button does not work when pressed. Sorry for the confusion.

Hello @SWCmarketing,

Thanks for writing in!

There is a JS error generated on the page. This is coming from your Rev Slider plugin. Please go to Slider Revolution > Global Settings and make sure to display “Include Libraries Globally”.

Always remember to clear ALL caches since you are using WP Rocket so that the code from the latest release is always in use. This will help you to avoid any potential errors. And please clear your browser cache too. You may use private browsing mode in testing your site to make sure that you are viewing the latest codes from the updates and not the cached version in your browser.

And please clear your android and iOs browser caches. You may also use private browsing mode in your mobile device.

Kindly let us know how it goes.

This worked! Thank you so much! I’m guessing the latest Slider Revolution update had a preference to turn off all global libraries. That, plus clearing the cache did the trick. Thanks again!

Glad we could help.

Cheers!
