Ever since the latest update, our mobile menu loads in its expanded form.

Thanks for writing in! I can confirm the issue on my end. If you have updated your site recently, make sure to purge your server cache and clear browser cache as well and test it again.
Try switching to your parent X theme and see if your issue is related to your child theme. Also if you have added any custom Javascript into your Theme Options, try removing them temporally as well.
If none of the above works, disable all of your 3rd part plugins to see if you’re experiencing a plugin conflict.

I updated my site and all plugins, also purged the cache, and deactivated plugins, so it wasn’t a plugin issue.
I know the menu was semi-custom coded, could you assist and see what might be causing that issue with the code?

I checked and it’s not expanded in my view. It could be due to cache on your end since your site is optimized and caches are served through CDN. Plus, you have added your own jQUery library that could break Wordpress jQuery library.

You should remove that, you should only utilize the jQuery that Wordpress is provided.
Then disable your CDN and optimization for now and test your menu again.
