Mobile menu not working

The mobile menu is not working on iPad and iPhone or when I reduce the screen size on laptop. I have cleared the history and cache and it’s still not working. It displays the mobile menu icon but tapping on it does nothing.

Please find this CSS:

ul.x-nav {
    display: none;
}

And change to this:

.x-colophon.bottom .x-nav {
    display: none;
}
