Mobile menu not working - Pro up to date, running PHP 7.2

I have seen similar - but not applicable with my set-up. (I am also running woocommerce).

Menu behaves as it should in Pro edit header, but not outside of Pro.

Hey Carl,

Thanks for writing back. I see the issue and we understand that you’re unhappy with it but issues mostly result from third-party plugins and custom codes so we need to check first that this is not a bug with our theme that you’re experiencing.

Upon checking, Pro is not up to date on your site. You’re using version 3.1.2 which was released in November of 2019. You can see the latest version either in our Changelog or Version Compatibility page.

If the issue persists, please temporarily switch to the parent theme and deactivate all third-party plugins and check if the issue persists. If the issue is resolved, activate your child theme back then check if the issue comes back. If it does come back, please consult with a developer to fix the child theme customization. Also, do the same test for plugins and report to the plugin developer if a plugin is conflicting with our theme.

Only if the issue is not because of the child theme nor 3rd party plugins, please give us the following info in a Secure Note.

Christian - thanks for your reply and time. My dashboard is saying I am running Pro Version: 3.2.3.

Hi @carlburness,

That shows there is a cache problem. It seems that admin is showing something else, if you use to check the source code of your website our theme adds the version as a class into the body HTML tag and it shows Pro 3.1.2:

If you installed a cache plugin please make sure it is cleared and contact the plugin developer, if not, please contact your hosting service provider and ask them to clear any kind of cache that they might enforce.

Thank you for your help - it was the Hummingbird plugin that was causng the caching issue.
