Mobile menu Not working after updating

I have updated my site to the latest version, the mobile menu is not working and also the mobile menu icon on the site. I purged all cache but nothing happens,still the problem has on the website.
we are using the x theme version is 7.1.2 and Cornerstone version 4.1.2

I cleared all the cache from the website. All these websites are not working the menu on the mobile device

I can see the issue. I think the root cause is your customization. There’s more than 1 mobile button. The customize button you have added the one we are seeing is not working. The existing one, the original is working. Please try to remove customization or switch from child theme to main X theme. Check again after that. Hi Dave,

Did the mobile menu works when you switch to X theme? If so, then that means you have a customization on your child theme that you need to update to adhere to the latest version.

That means, whatever file template you edit from the past, you need to copy a new version of that file from the parent theme and and do your customization on that new file.

Please keep in mind that we can not provide support for customizations, it would ultimately be your responsibility to take it from here.

While am checking the https://alsalamahospital.in/ site, I can see the CSS error that I will fix.
But when I am checking other sites like https://alsalamaschools.in/, https://alsalamaerf.org/, https://alsalamagroup.in/ these sites are still not working the Mobile menu and the Mobile menu icons also not showing, When am checking the CSS i couldn’t find any CSS on customization for those websites, please help me to solve the issue.

Hey @daveb123,

This seems like a script conflict rather than the CSS issue. Please check for the following first:

4. Test for a plugin conflict. You can do this by deactivating all third party plugins, and seeing if the problem remains. If it’s fixed, you’ll know a plugin caused the problem, and you can narrow down which one by reactivating them one at a time.

5. Remove custom JavaScript from everywhere either added in Global JS section or in Cornerstone JS section (make sure to to take a complete backup of your scripts first before removing).

6. Deactivate your child theme and switch to parent theme
