I’ve seen this posted a few times recently. I have tried numerous suggestions to no avail. I have activated the parent theme, still not working. Turned off all plugins, still not working. Cleared cache…all the normal suggestions aren’t working. Something happened during an update.
Any insight?

We’re sorry you’re having this issue. It is not working because your Ultimate Social Media Plus icons are overlapping with it. Basically, the icons container is on top of the mobile menu. That is the reason why we cannot access it. Look at this: https://screencast-o-matic.com/watch/cYfnie4gwD
