Mobile menu not dropping on some browsers and devices

Hi there,
my mobile menu won’t drop down on random browsers and devices. It’s mostly iPads on Safari but it is also happening on laptops in Firefox and Edge. The random nature of it working in some browsers and not others on various devices is beyond my ability to understand so I’m hoping one of the highly intelligent staff of Themeco can help me fix it.

Thanks for writing in!

You have inserted a PHP code in X > Theme Options > JS section which is incorrect.

wp_enqueue_script ( string $handle, string $src = false, array $deps = array(), string|bool|null $ver = false, bool $in_footer = false )

PHP codes can only be added in your child theme’s functions.php file. Please remove the code because it is affecting the JS resources needed on your site.

I have removed the script and emptied the caches but it still isn’t working.
I t seems it’s mainly a problem with a certain size LG 979-1200px (on the preview in the theme options) but I don’t know how to fix it.

Please clear your Safari browser’s cache or use private browsing mode and test your site again.

Sorry, it’s working now because I had to put the ubermenu back on the site. Couldn’t risk people not being able to access the menu. So problem not fixed…and not sure how to to let you see the issue without also compromising the live site.

Yes, the Ubermenu override the menu styles and it changes the appearance of the menu. Glad that you were able to fix your issue by yourself. Please feel free to reach us if you have any more query regarding our theme and theme settings.
