Mobile menu not collapsing

Hi, the mobile menu on www.nicolewiedmann.de is not collapsing in mobile view.
Deactivating plugins and removing all custom CSS didn’t change anything.

What can I do?

It looks like javascript is not working (not bound), and with that, there will be no errors at all. But that’s just based on what I see, would you mind providing your admin login credentials in the secure note?

For the meantime, please check for the following first:

1. If you’re using a caching plugin, clear all caches including browser cache then deactivate your caching plugin and other optimization plugins.

2. If you’re using a CDN, please clear the CDN’s cache and disable optimization services.

3. Test for a plugin conflict. You can do this by deactivating all third party plugins, and seeing if the problem remains. If it’s fixed, you’ll know a plugin caused the problem, and you can narrow down which one by reactivating them one at a time.

4. Remove custom CSS, Javascript and templates.

Then test it again.

Thank you for the information provided. Upon investigating this further, I see that your issue is related to the child theme. Once I have disabled your child theme, you mobile menu started to function properly.

Now you will need to go through your child theme customizations to isolate this issue further.
