Mobile menu navbar - a solution

Hi

For this site the navbar looks and operates terrible on mobile devices. Could you advise how I can first of all fix the top links so the ones that have drop downs still work.
Also in terms of mobile use what would you recommend? Is it easy to build an alternate menu with icons or assign a modal?

Would you recommend something like wp-touch?
