Mobile Menu Issue: First level will not open

Hi! I know there was a topic about it somewhere in the forum, that the first level in a menu can’t open, when there is a second level…

Is there a feature update, that will give the option if a first level site will open or not if you tab on it?
Thanks, Pascal

Hi There,

Can you confirm that you are fully updated? (Theme and Plugins)

You can find the latest version numbers here: (http://theme.co/changelog/) Then you can compare them to what’s installed on your site.

If you find anything to be out of date, you can review our update guide.

I’ve updated PRO and all Plugins to the latest version.
I cleared the caches but it’s still not working…
It’s impossible to open the top level of the mobile.

Hello There,

Thanks for writing in! The menu item should have an indicator that it has a sub menu. At the moment, it is in white.

You will need to edit your header and make sure that the submenu indicator has a color so that the user can see it and there is where you are going to tap to collapse or expand the submenu.

Hope this helps. Please let us know how it goes.

Hi, thanks for your reply. My question was maybe not clear enough. The problem ist not that the sublinks don’t oben (because they will open whatever the color of the sub indicator is).

My problem is, that the first level won’t open (in my case it’s the “coaching” site). This is only possible with the inline navigation but not with the navigation collapsed.

I appreciate your answer.
Cheers, Pascal

<Following> I have the same issue on a few sites, but not on others. Can’t figure out what’s going on.

Hello @OCcreates,

Thanks for updating this thread. At this time we kindly ask that you open up your issue in a separate thread along with your login credentials. The longer threads get in the forum, they become more difficult to support as they tend to drift off topic and they also make it troublesome for users trying to search for solutions. Keeping threads relevant to their original inquiry ensures that we can keep better track of what has been resolved and that users can more effectively find answers to similar issues they might be experiencing.

Hey @Pascal,

I have checked it and I can confirm that this is a bug in the navigation collapse. I’ve submitted this issue already to our issue tracker so the developers will be made aware of it and take further investigation. Hopefully they can fix this in the next update release.

Please bear with us.

Thanks. I hope the next update will fix it.
Cheers, Pascal

You’re most welcome!
