My mobile menu is not working – any suggestions for help?
I updated all plugins.
Probably it’s linked to the problem that I cannot go to X -> Theme Options.
Just got the site “500 Internal Server Error”.

Thanks for writing in! Upon checking, I see that you’re using an older version of X theme with the latest version of Cornerstone plugin which creates incompatibility issues. You can check the latest version numbers from here (https://theme.co/apex/forum/t/troubleshooting-version-compatibility/195) and update your X theme accordingly (https://theme.co/apex/forum/t/setup-updating-your-themes-and-plugins/62).
If you’re still having issues, you need to remove any custom JavaScript codes added to your site and re-test your issue further.
If you’re still having issues, you need to test for a plugin conflict by disabling your third party plugins. If the issue resolved, then you can activate your plugins one by one to see which plugin causing the issue.
Also with regard to 500 internal server error, please check your PHP version running on your server and make sure to use PHP v5.6.x or later to avoid incompatibility issues. Also you can enable WP_DEBUG mode on your WordPress to see more information about your errors (https://codex.wordpress.org/WP_DEBUG).
