When I’m on mobile my menu isn’t the links I have for my main menu. I’m unsure why this is happening or how to fix this issue.

On Pro, different from X, the Inline Navigation Menu and your Mobile Navigation are two independent elements.
That is happening because you have assigned your menu to your inline menu but you did not do the same for your mobile menu.
Click on the Mobile icon on the very left thin Pro builder tab, choose to view your website as a mobile.
Click on the mobile menu item and assign your menu to the mobile menu element.
