Hello. The mobile menu icon does not expand and when i click on it it takes me to domain.com/# by adding hashtag after the domain name. Please help.

I checked the site assigned to your license and I did see that mobile menu not working so the first thing I did is to press F12 in my keyboard to open the browser’s console. There I saw JS errors coming from 3rd party plugins.
JS errors could render JS functionality of a site including the mobile menu. Please perform the following troubleshooting procedures which I think is applicable for your case.
- TESTING FOR PLUGIN CONFLICT
- CHILD THEME
- CSS/JS CUSTOMIZATION
- VERSION COMPATIBILITY
- Also temporarily disable all optimizations like, CSS / JS minification and concatenation,
mod_pagespeed, caching, etc. Please ask your web host about this.
It’s important that you do not skip any of those troubleshooting procedures because they are all relevant for your case. Only if none of those help, please provide the following info in a Secure Note.
- WordPress Login URL
- Admin level username and password
- FTP access
