I need some help figuring out how to make my sub items and sub sub items work correctly on mobile.When I test them in the browsers responsive settings it works fine with a mouse, but when using my actual iphone 6 s the drops downs only works sometimes. Sometimes it does not.

When you’re using a mouse it is more accurate to click on the sub-menu indicator to open the sub-menu. When you’re viewing from your phone, it is possible that you miss tapping the sub-menu indicator and tapping on the parent menu instead which I currently see does not open the sub-menu.
Since your parent menu does not do anything, it’s best that you switch the Sub Menu Trigger of the Navigation Collapsed element to Anchor.
After that, you can test if the issue persists.

I can see it from your header’s Navigation Collapsed element.
Please select the anchor as Christian’s suggested.
And make sure all the URL of the paren’t menu is # instead of empty. Else, it’s not going to be clickable.

Hi, That worked, BUT not the sub menu items are NOT clickable. For example, under SHOP, Shop Placards should be clickable as well as if you click the arrow drop down the additional items. What can I do to fix this?

Well the placards and third level menu items links seems to be working fine. May be you can clear cache and see how it goes.

Hi, I see that that is working, BUT still you can’t click SHOP PLACARDS, that should take you to the shop page it only brings the dropdown down, but it should be able to do BOTH click shop placards and open the dropdown.

They are not possible at the same time as when you click a link, it loads the page so there is no way to open the drop-down. And so if you’ll open a dropdown, it shouldn’t link.
That’s why there are two options for triggers, an anchor (the link itself will serve as the trigger that opens the dropdown) and the sub-indicator (the drop-down icon so you can click the icon to open the dropdown, and you can still click the link to link to another page).
It’s up to you, you can switch it back to Sub-indicator and use the icons to open the sub-menu.

So that is confusing but I think I get it. Your solution was to use an anchor, but that really isn’t the solution. I want to click the icon next to shop placards which drops down the items under it, but I also want to click on the actual text Shop Placard to go to the page which you say is possible with the sub-indicator. That is the entire problem I am having. I want to be able to click the icon next to shop placards and click the shop placards text to go to the page. That isn’t working, so how can that be fixed?

Right, which is what I had it set to at the beginning of this converation, which wasn’t working. Sometimes it would sometimes it wouldn’t. That is the whole issue.

Clicking the icon toggles the menu, and clicking the text link it to a page. It worked just as expected, perhaps you can provide more information on how to reproduce the issue you’re getting? And since it’s random then it’s harder to troubleshoot it on our end.
And since your URLs are empty, we assume they aren’t linking to a page. Hence, we recommended the anchor as trigger.
