Mobile menu different from desktop menu/preview menu?

Hi there,

So I was testing the site on iOS and noticed that the menu which loads on my phone isn’t the correct one (which would be the one on the desktop). I checked menu assignments and they all look alright but the right menu still won’t load on mobile. Additionally, when I preview the mobile site via the builder, the correct menu shows up. However, though I’ve tried several different browsers on my phone, the incorrect menu is still showing up on iOS.

Can you help with this?

Can you please share your website URL along with the login credentials for your site in a secure note to examine it further, including:

– WordPress Admin username/password

I check your website on my mobile and they are just the same menu in the builder. Would you mind sharing with us a sample screenshot of how it looks like on your IOS phone? I also advise that you update your theme to the latest version.

Unfortunately, the menu you see on your mobile is the wrong menu. This is the issue I’m having and I can’t see how to fix it.

The problem is the correct menu does not display on mobile and instead, the wrong menu displays on mobile (as seen on both your phone and my phone – the one displaying Home/Work/Shop/About/Contact is the wrong menu).

Hi Natasha,

In your header builder, you have Navigation Layered element which is only available in the mobile view. The reason why the menu is not the same menu of your desktop is that in your Navigation Layered element, you set the menu to sample. To fix your issue, please set it to main menu.

Hello Natasha,

Yes, you can change the font, weight, and spacing of the menu items. For that, you need to go to the Cornerstone header builder Navigation Layered —>Links —>Format

You can also change it for all the other devices
