Hi @olsondan,

Upon checking your website, I could see a lot of JS errors. Please follow up the steps below:

Ensure everything is up to date according to our version compatibility list here. Please follow the best practices when updating your theme and plugins. Click here for more information.

Go to X > Settings and click on the Clear Style Cache button.

I did this and it did not fix

If you’re using a CDN, please clear the CDN’s cache and disable optimization services.

I use a shared server which is a Managed WP server at GoDaddy

Test for a plugin conflict. You can do this by deactivating all third-party plugins, and see if the problem remains. If it’s fixed, you’ll know a plugin caused the problem, and you can narrow down which one by reactivating them one at a time.

I did this and it did not fix

Remove custom CSS and Javascript from the options or Child Theme and test the case.

I did this and it did not fix

If you still have problems kindly get back to us with the result of the steps above and create a new ticket with URL/User/Pass of your WordPress dashboard using the Secure Note functionality of the post to follow up the case.

Thank you.

Hi,

Upon checking I can see a lot of errors in the console.

I would like to check further but the login provided doesn’t seem to work.

Kindly check again and let us know.

Thanks

I sent a new Login under a secure note

Thanks

hi there,

I got an error message when I was trying to access your admin area. Can you please check with hosting provider for any kind of IP block? I found some script is not loading in the site.

Thanks

Thanks Basanta,

I checked with my Hosting Partner and they said that you would have to give me the IP address that you are using, because if it was being blocked under a Mod Security it would be against specific IP addresses. Without your IP address they would have no way to know.

Hi again,

I was able to login to your site and did some testing and it turns out to be a third party plugin conflict, I disabled all the plugins then flushed the cache and the mobile menu started to work normally (see screenshot)

I’ve enabled all the plugins for now, you can deactivate all third party plugins and start activating plugins one by one to know the problematic plugin, don’t forget to flush the cache each time you activate a plugin.

Cheers!

Thanks Nabeel,

I deactivated the plugins and found out it is Essential Grid. This is a plugin that I am getting through my purchase and installation fro Xtheme. Do you guys support that plugin and are you able to tell me why there is a conflict on a plugin you supply with Xtheme?

Any help here is great since because I got the plugin through you I have no support through Essential Grid.

Thanks

Dan Olson

Hello there,

The conflict happened since your global settings in Ess. Grid > Search Settings was turned on, and no grid was defined as search results template.

Because of that, JS errors were showing on the console thus hindering your mobile menu to work.

I’ve just set this off for your mobile menu to work without deactivating Essential Grid plugin.

Hope this helps. Let us know if you have further question.

Thanks Jumar,

All is well in my world now.
