For some reason the menu icon does not work on my website when it is being viewed from a tablet or mobile phone. I can see the menu bars but when i tap on them nothing happens.

Hi there,
It seems that you have updated Cornerstone to the latest version but left X not updated which is causing an incompatibility issue.
Please go to WP Admin > Dashboard > Updates then update X from there.
Also, for best practice, it would be best to backup your site before doing any updates.
