Mobile Menu Breakpoint Not Working

Presently, my navigation is not breaking properly. When the window is collapsed the navigation will go from being on the right of the logo to being below the logo. After it is collapse a bit more, then it will go into its hamburger menu format.

What code do I need to add to my Custom CSS to control the breakpoint of the navigation before it becomes the mobile menu?

You can add this in X > Launch > Options > CSS
