Mobile Menu Acting Funny

Our mobile menu is acting really strange and I cant figure it out. I will supply you with my credentials. all I want the mobile menu to do is stick to the top of the page and just stay there the whole scroll down. I don’t want any shrinking or anything fading away. Can you please help?

To fix it, you can add this in Header > CSS

@media(max-width:979px) {
.hm13.x-bar-content {
    height: 5rem !important;
}

.hm13.x-bar {
    top: 0 !important;
    height: 5rem !important;
}
}
