Hi there,
This install just noticed that their portfolio page isn’t loading on mobile. When I got on to check, the entire site layout is different on mobile: Menu, footers, etc. It has the powered by WordPress at the bottom which is strange. Any ideas of why this changed and how we get it fixed?

Thanks for writing in!
You are experiencing this issue because you have installed Jetpack plugin and that the mobile theme is enabled. Please disable this module to resolve this issue. Go to Jetpack -> Settings -> Writing tab and scroll down to the Theme Enhancements and the “Enable the Jetpack Mobile theme” option and turn that OFF.
